Return & Refund Policy

At X Custom, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging with all components included

We do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or modification (e.g. scratched fittings, used hoses, or damaged packaging).

To start a return, contact support@xcustom.eu with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for returning your package.


Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or variant, contact us at support@xcustom.eu with photos of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Gift cards or discount codes

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos showing the problem.
We’ll evaluate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.


Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
