At X Custom, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping within the EU and internationally.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are typically shipped the same day.
During peak periods (product launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship using Packeta, GLS, and DHL, depending on your country and selected service.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovakia / Czech Republic: 1–2 business days

  • EU countries: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of Europe / International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or courier workload.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Free shipping may apply for selected orders or promotional events.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours after placing your order, contact our support team.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
We are not liable for delays or costs caused by customs processing.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@xcustom.eu.
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when applicable.


Address Errors

Please double-check your delivery information before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
